As a user of PGC solution for Aptitude and Behavior assessment of Candidates has helped the organization onboarding task to a large extent. Before I short list the candidate for HR discussions, the assessment solution has helped to get precise insights of candidates abilities and there by accordingly shortlist or client round discussions. This pre-assessment has helped gain customer confidence and also ensuring I choose the right candidate who can fit into the culture of the organization. PGC team has been responsive to our requirements incase of campus assessments to help and tabulate hundreds of candidates within short period of time. Great product to get true candidate assessments on aptitude and Behavior aspects to make sure candidates abilities of self learning and behavior fitment.
