Pre-requisites

  • Last role as HRBP or Head HR of a 500+ people BU or company HRBP experience of min 5 years
  • Age < 40 years
  • MBA in HR
  • Self employed

Virtual CHROs

Pre-requisites

  • Last role as Sr. HRBP or Head HR of a 2000+ people BU or company HRBP experience of min 10 years
  • Age < 45 years
  • MBA in HR

Management Development Trainers

Pre-requisites

  • Should be MBTI or DISC or 16PF certified (any one)
  • Training experience of 500+ days
  • Participant profile 12+ years work experience

  • Should be Hogan certified or ISABS / Sumedha’s Level 1 (any one)

Student Research Assistants

Projects on Transformation Stories

  • Research the work delivered to PGC clients in order to unravel the transformation story
  • Identify key stakeholders
  • Script the talk series video
  • Work with PGC team to record the story, edit and build the final product for the website

Scripting for HR Perspectives

  • Identify HR leaders across the industry who are thought leaders and are popular amongst audiences
  • Interview them for perspectives on contemporary businesss issues
  • Add your perspective and give a refreshing twist to show case PGC differentiation

Projects on Thought Leadership

  • Work with PGC team to identify thought leaders amongst clients who dared to stand up!
  • Research the project delivered, interview the thought leader, build the story to be told etc.
  • Script the Though t leadership talk & prep the leader
  • Work with PGC team to record the talk, edit and build the final product for the website

Research for Featured Articles

  • Work with PGC & Associates to write Featured Articles on identified long list of topics.
  • Help the author with secondary research, data analysis and ideation.
  • Work with the author to get draft articles, help with proof reading, editing and presentation.
  • Socialize with Partners and get an approval for publish.
